I have been really busy with different things and with the season in full swing and the London triathlon almost upon us, we are running swim sessions, brick sessions and doing lot sof 1-2-1 coaching to hopefully help you achieve your goals before the end of 2009.
I am sat in front of the TV as I write this blog article and have just finished watching the World Superbikes at Donnington Park. I have been following the Formula One more than the motorbikes this year but with the F1 season on a three week break it was good to catch up on the two wheeled world!
I also have a computer sat next to me with ‘Ironman live‘ running as we track Gail and Caroline who are both RG Active clients and attended our training camp in Majorca in March, they are competing at the Ironman France event in Nice today.
Both Gail and Caronine have completed the swim and bike disciplines and are looking to complete one of the hardest Ironman on the Calendar….. will let everyone know how they got on later.
Going back to the RG Active Training Camp, we have already started taking deposits from people and with only 20 places available, if you are thinking of joining us next March please email us and we can send you all the forms and details that you need to book your place on what plans to be a great week of training, sunshine, learning and FUN!
I have my first race of the season in the UK this coming weekend where I will be racing at Eton in the Steelman Triathlon. I will also be at Eton on the Saturday where I will be watching Marsha in the Timex women’s only Triathlon where Victoria, Kelly, Raq, Sally and probably a few more RG Active clients will be racing.
Both of the races are being held at the fantastic Dorney Lake venue in Eton and are run by Humanrace so will if the weather is good it is definitely worth putting in your diary to either come and watch or race yourself next year.
Well I am going to leave this post here, I have to do some more work and get myself ready for a busy day tomorrow.
The RG Active Online Store is going well and has been getting plenty of attention, I would like to thank you all for purchasing the clothing and look forward to seeing you out and about in the clothing!
I will be back soon because we have loads more Rg Active clients racing at different triathlons, Ironman races and sportif races over the next few weeks and I will do my best to publish their results and keep everyone up to date with people’s progress.
Coming up over the next few weeks we have :
Gail – Ironman France – 28th June
Caroline – Ironman France – 28th June
Marsha, Kelly, Victoria, Sally – Timex women’s only – 4th July
John, Jimmy – Steelman – 5th july

P.S. CONGRATULATIONS to Matthew for his qualification on to the Great britain Age group squad for the World championships in Australia this year. Matthew is still quite new the sport and was on the RG Active Training Camp with us in March. We all know how hard he has training and worked for his spot on the GB team and we wish him all the luck on his World Championship race later this year!
