Getting started with RG Active’s teamup booking software….
teamup is an online platform for fitness providers that allows them to manage schedules, bookings, payments and customer information. This article provides a basic overview of the main components of the teamup software.
On visiting the RG Active website….
You will be navigated to the bookings page via a number of links within the RG Active site from specific session pages or via the ‘Book Now‘ buttons on the homepage. On the schedule/booking page you are able to view your all of RG Active’s upcoming schedule and sign up to a great selection of memberships.

You can sign up to individual drop in sessions by clicking on individual session entries where you will be shown more information about each session.
When signing up for the first time you will be asked to complete a waiver and a health/fitness questionnaire defined by RG Active provider. You will also be given the option to store your card details with our payment partners (SagePay and Braintree) to make the future reservation process more straightforward. For recurring membership payments your card details will automatically be saved.
You can also use your login information to log into goteamup.com. On your goteamup.com you’ll be able to manage your memberships (see sessions remaining of class packs, cancel recurring membership payments), export your training sessions to Outlook/iCal/Google Calendar and set your notification preferences.
