Having a coach that sets up a training plan for you based on your goals and available time with regular feedback can be a great way to put your mind at rest and make sure you cross the finish line in your best shape.

The biggest advantage of having a coach is in the accountability, feedback and progression of a program based on your performance. With that in mind, our Gold Package allows you weekly contact with your coach via a training platform. In addition to this you’ll be provided with a Strength & Conditioning program to improve your flexibility, core & strength endurance.
