Sometimes it can be hard to know if you’re doing the right, or the best, training at the right time when it comes to achieving your seasons goals. Having a coach that sets up a training plan for you based on your goals and available time with regular feedback can be a great way to put your mind at rest and make sure you cross the finish line in your best shape.

–        Initial consultation via phone, Skype or email, to establish your background, areas you would like to work on and goals.

–        Monthly training set up with your sessions set out.

–        Weekly contact and support to update and discuss feedback and progress

–        Strength training program also included

The biggest advantage of having a coach is in the accountability, feedback and progression of a program based on your performance. With that in mind, our Gold Package allows you weekly contact with your coach via a training platform. In addition to this you’ll be provided with a Strength & Conditioning program to improve your flexibility, core & strength endurance.
