The London 2012 Olympic Games

Sport has this power to transform lives and if this doesn’t motivate people as much if not more than those silly reality TV shows, nothing will. The people we all watched compete for their country were ‘real’ people, there was no script, no fake tan or bad accents, no desperate attempts for fame, it was people who train hard, are dedicated to a passion that they have and want to be the best at their discipline or event more then anyone else in the World…

RG Active’s Wattbike, one year on……….

Last year I was lucky enough to spend some time with the team at Wattbike to learn more about the benefits of training on the Wattbike and how it compares to other indoor bikes.

RG Active join forces with Wattbike in 2012!

Recently RG Active coaches John and Marsha travelled to the Wattbike science lab for a day of advanced training to learn how the science can be used to help all of the RG Active client base that are looking to improve their cycling strength, speed and efficiency. After the visit Wattbike pieced together a blog about RG Active’s visit and we thought it would be a great idea to share it with you all.
