A very busy week, with a little of everything!

Wednesday was more paperwork and computer work but Marsha and I had entered the first VOTwo evening triathlon at Eton. We have done a few of these vents over the last two seasons and they are great races, well-organised and low-key so perfect training for Marsha as she prepares for the European Champs in Kitzbuhel, Austria.

Open Water Swimming – Keeping Warm!

Everyone feels the cold water to different degrees so you may or may not feel this items are required for yourself, but if you are looking to get in your local swim venue and start getting that in-valuable ‘wetsuit time’ then these could make your swimming so much more comfortable and enjoyable!

PR is about educating, influencing and persuading – both verbally and in writing. Therefore being able to construct a grammatically correct sentence with words that are spelt correctly and properly punctuated is fundamental. The easiest way to deal with this is to use Spellcheck and always get someone to check your work.

Diary of a novice Triathlete – Day Six

I intended to run on Friday night but a bit of late work and an early appointment at the school fundraiser ‘QuizMex’ put pay to that. Quizmex combined, for me, flagons of Mexican beers, nachos, chilli, sour cream and the like. The worst possible start to a weekend trying to stay away from temptation – I’ve never been good at that.
